Special Notes About Online Ordering

To order online, if you do not know the code number of the product you wish to order, browse the products by using the pull-down menu at the top of the page. Within the product tables, clicking on a product code number will add that item to your shopping cart. You can then continue purchasing, or use the checkout button at the top of the product screen. There is no search feature at this time. If you wish to see a product specification sheet or MSDS for any product, enter the product code number in the window provided after clicking on one of the two related tabs above.

Alternatively, if you already know the code number of the product you wish to order, click on "Order by Code Number" in the menu on the left and enter the code number in the spaces provided to rapidly order a product without the need to search through product tables.
No purchase orders or account billing are accepted when using our online shopping cart. Please order by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail if you wish to choose these methods of payment.
We will ship all orders by DHL which offers the best price and service. All orders will be shipped for a cost of €25.00.

We accept orders using MasterCard and VISA. Please provide us with your credit card number and expiration date when placing an order.

Our business hours are Monday -Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. After business hours or during company functions when telephones are not answered, you may use our Fax number, e-mail address, or voice mail to leave a message. A customer service representative will respond as soon as possible.

Confirming Orders are required for all custom, standing, and bulk orders. Please indicate your order is a "Confirming Order" to avoid duplication.

All orders are shipped by DHL unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B., Newmarket Suffolk, UK and added to your invoice.

All packages are thoroughly checked before shipping and should contain all of the items indicated on the packing list. All claims for missing items must be reported directly to Jackson ImmunoResearch Europe Ltd (JIR-E) within 5 days after receipt of the order, referencing the purchase order number and the date of shipment. All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported immediately to the carrier, and then to JIR-E.
